Child Centre of ASPC Manipulation therapy center is a newly introduced multidisciplinary unit to rehabilitate children with survivors and other neurological conditions including Cerebral palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, DMD, Down’s Syndrome, Wilson’s disease, Rickets, Spinal Cord injury, Transverse Myelitis, Myopathy, Post fracture complication, Myelopathy, and Peripheral Nerve Injury.
We have a dedicated clinical team to provide Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, assistive devices, and other forms of rehabilitation protocols to serve the children with the best possible care. We assess according to the impairment of the body, function, functional limitation and plan treatment according to the problem list.
Why we are different?
ASPC Child unit have a multi-disciplinary approach as like as Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP). In these multi-disciplinary team physicians, Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Speech therapists, all other stakeholders work in a team to plan rehabilitation of the patients.
For the implementation of the treatment plan, we include parents, caregivers, patients, and professionals working together for enhancing successful rehabilitation. We use the biopsychosocial approach of Rehabilitation.

How we treat
- We treat in a non-operative approach through a manual therapy process. Manual therapy is the best possible rehab approach in child rehabilitation that have no side effects that are safe and effective.
- Exercise therapy: we treat through exercises that are customized and design only for the child.
- Neuro-developmental approach: we use neuro-developmental approach for the child.
- Patient and Parents education, because if you know about your condition you will know better how could manage children’s condition.
- Appropriate referral if there is an emergency
